Juniper: LTE revenues to surpass $70B by 2014

Revenues generated by Long Term Evolution (LTE) mobile broadband subscribers are expected to exceed $70 billion globally by 2014, according to a new report from Juniper Research. The firm said LTE will usher in a new connected environment for consumer electronics devices such as portable game consoles and digital cameras. However, some hurdles remain to LTE's success. The main challenge: how mobile operators price the service.
