South Korean telecom KT denied rumors that the company planned to sell a 20 percent stake in wireless carrier KTF to NTT DoCoMo. KT owns a 49.7 percent stake in KTF and the 20 percent stake in the mobile unit is worth roughly $987 million. KTF is South Korea's second-largest mobile phone carrier with more than 11.5 million subscribers.
