Leap Wireless posts $18.1M loss for Q4

Leap Wireless managed to cut its net loss from $45.6 million during the fourth quarter of 2006 to $18.1 million during the last quarter of 2007. Leap's revenue rose 37 percent to $429.8 million, which met most analysts' expectations of $429.2 million. After adding 152,000 net new subscribers in Q4, Leap ended the quarter with 2.9 million subscribers, up 28 percent from the end of 2006. ARPU also rose 4 percent to $45.57.
