Metric: 35% would buy mobile phones from telco

While talk of a killer "quadruple play" has persisted for a number of years now, a recent survey conducted by Compete suggests that consumers are willing to consider their landline phone provider as the provider of their mobile phone service, too. According to the survey: 35 percent of mobile users said they would be either likely or very likely to purchase a cell phone service from their telco provider. About 55 percent of respondents said a key factor in the decision would be the ability to have unlimited calls between their mobile phone and home phones. Here are the other key factors:
