MetroPCS CEO confident about move toward open access

The move toward open access, where cell phones can access numerous networks outside of a carrier's traditional cellular network, does not bother industry veteran and MetroPCS CEO Roger Linquist. In fact, he sees it as inevitable. "You just can't argue with open access," he told Forbes. "Consumers are going to get devices that do what they want them to do."
