Microsoft completes Danger acquisition, restructures

Microsoft announced today that it had completed its acquisition of SideKick-maker Danger and that the Danger team will be folded into Microsoft's Premium Mobile Experiences (PMX) unit. PMX is a group within the company's Mobile Communications Business of the Entertainment and Devices Division at Microsoft. Roz Ho leads the PMX team as corporate VP and reports to SVP of MCB Andy Lees. Danger co-founders Matt Hershenson and Joe Britt will report directly to Ho. Danger employees, however, will continue to work from their current offices.
