Nokia: Qualcomm licensing spat continues

Nokia announced today that even though it forged an agreement with Qualcomm to not file additional lawsuits until a Delaware court rules on an ongoing licensing disagreement, this does not mean the licensing spats are over. The companies decided to lump their arbitration case in Los Angeles with the case in Delaware in an attempt to expedite the process, which began in April of last year.
