Obama CTO choice narrows down to two
President-elect Barack Obama has apparently narrowed his choice of the first chief technology officer for the United States to two and both are Indian-born. According to sources close to the decision, the choice is between Padmasree Warrior, CTO of Cisco Systems and the former CTO of Motorola, and Vivek Kundra, the CTO for the government of Washington, D.C. Does everyone have to have foriegn content in them - why isn't the CTO an american born person with both technical skills and cultural integration.
davlad: just what culture are you talking about?! if you consider u.s. history, you should know that this country is of immigrants, thus any immigrant should fit in nicely with this "culture" you think you knew.
The problem with Warrior isn't her ethnicity, its that she was a big part of dragging Motorola into the muck. Maybe she can help us take the US that way also!
