Opera may strike U.S. carrier deals at CTIA

Opera Software plans to announce several U.S. carrier partnerships at the 2009 CTIA Wireless conference in Las Vegas, according to a report in Forbes. The company's Opera mobile browser has been downloaded by millions around the world, but has yet to make a large dent in the United States. The company declined to comment, but did indicate that it usually works with Tier 1 operators, suggesting that major announcements are in the offing. Article
