Chinese vendor Huawei takes great pride in its investment in research and development. The company has about 100,000 employees, 46 percent of which are engaged in R&D. In the U.S. market, Huawei invests almost 20 percent of its revenue in R&D every year. Globally it invests 10 percent of its revenues annually in R&D and its 20 innovation centers.  This week the company opened up its headquarters in Shenzhen to reporters to tour its campus, see technology demonstrations, visit its testing lab and view its network operations center. Here's a brief tour of Huawei's Shenzhen campus.
