Report: BT, T-Mobile USA to target enterprises

Tools

We mentioned last Friday that British Telecom was eyeing a partnership with a U.S. carrier to offer fixed-mobile convergence (FMC) services to enterprises. It looks like T-Mobile USA is the logical one, and reports from the U.K. are saying so. T-Mobile looks like it's the furthest along with a FMC offering in the U.S. and it is extremely weak in the enterprise market. BT, which has aggressively come out of the gate with fixed-mobile converged services through its BT Fusion offering, has already teamed with Vodafone and KPN to deliver corporate services to clients in Europe, and has its sights squarely on the enterprise market.
