Report: Verizon Wireless tops approval rating

Tools

According to a recent survey from Consumer Reports, Verizon Wireless has the least static, fewest dropped calls and fewest lack of service errors among the top five carriers in the U.S. The magazine pulled the data from 47,629 reader responses. Consumer Reports also claimed that mobile phone service is among the lower rated services that they survey. Overall, fewer than half of the respondents said they were completely or fully satisfied with their mobile service. About 70 percent of Verizon Wireless subscribers polled approved of its service. T-Mobile USA came in a close second, while AT&T lagged behind in a distant third and Sprint trailed the pack in fourth place.
