Siemens Wireless Modules spins-off with T-Mobile

T-Mobile Venture Fund and private equity investor Granville Baird plan to buy Siemens Wireless Modules and spin-off the company. All 400 employees and the management team will be transferred to the new unit once the leveraged buyout is complete pending government approval. T-Mobile Venture will retain a minority stake in the company.
