Sprint launches EV-DO Rev. A handset
Sprint announced that it would release a software update for its HTC Mogul handset that would allow the phone to connect to its EV-DO rev. A network. The HTC Mogul is the first handset to connect to the data network, which has been restricted to data cards for laptops up until this point. Verizon Wireless also has an EV-DO rev. A network, but to date it has only been used for laptop data cards, too.
Sprint said the Rev. A network provides download speeds between 600 kbps and 1,400 kbps and upload speeds between 350 kbps and 500 kbps.

Comments
You stated the wrong upload speeds for the Rev A network. The Rev 0 network is 50-70k upload speeds. The Rev A network is much higher.
You are correct. Updated with the Rev. A upload speeds, according to Sprint. -Brian
