According to a J.D. Power and Associates study, overall customer satisfaction with the wireless retail sales experience is at its lowest level since 2005. Consumers are confused over products, plans and billing and they have given wireless retailers poor marks in sales staff, store display, store facility and price/promotion. Article

I work for a major cell phone provider and I just want to say that from my side of the table the demands from customers have gotten increasingly unreasonable. Every customer that comes in my location does nothing but complain about their phones, complain why they can't get a Blackberry without the data package, why they can't free phones without signing a new contract and why the phones are so big. That or they blame... blame us for them losing their phones, blame us for their overage, blame us for their phone not lasting 22 years and so on. post angryrep blog on blogger to read on

Just check out the long list of customer complaints when you google disatisfied clearwire customer and that says it all. And to most of what I have read I say ditto. The representatives will lie to get you to sign up. Most of the service reps I have spoken to have been rude or sarcastic and their bottom line is "Your stuck with us like it or not or pay an outrageous termination fee.
I wonder how long this company will be able to stay in business ferociously collecting termination fees?
Sorry I ever signed up.
