Survey: T-Mobile USA still tops customer satisfaction

According to a recent report from J.D. Power, 81 percent of mobile customers said their problems were "resolved in a timely manner." The survey polled some 10,500 wireless customers who had customer care interactions within the previous year. The survey also found that T-Mobile USA is still the top-rated carrier for customer satisfaction, which marks six years as the top carrier according to the survey. AT&T came in second followed by Verizon Wireless, Alltel and then Sprint Nextel.

I used to have sun-com mobile service and it was wonderful - not one problem the whole time. Then I get t-mobile who took over sun-com customers and this is without a doubt the WORST MOST AWFUL service I have EVER had. I am 59 years old, so I've had a few. I wouldn't recommend you to my WORST enemy.

Are you kidding me?! You must be a prepaid customer. They added over 400 cell sites in our area so how did it possibly get worse? You must work for another carrier and wrote this as a jab.
