Tools

AT&T announced that it has completed the acquisition through a subsidiary of Easterbrooke Cellular, a West Virginian operator that uses the Cellular One brand. The deal includes the licenses, network assets and more than 19,000 subscribers of Easterbrooke. AT&T said it plans to immediately integrate the carrier's networks into its system, and its new subscribers will be able to migrate over to any AT&T plan once that integration process is complete.
