T-Mobile giving postpaid subs 3 months of free unlimited data after they burn through their Data Stash accounts

T-Mobile US (NYSE:TMUS) is unloading a bevy of deals and promotions ahead of Black Friday, the most high-profile of which is that the carrier will give a gift of three months of unlimited LTE data to all of its postpaid "Simple Choice" customers.

T-Mobile also indicated it will be "delivering special holiday gifts" to Sprint (NYSE: S), Verizon (NYSE: VZ) and AT&T Mobility (NYSE: T) customers starting next week, doling out offers to customers of one carrier per week. T-Mobile also is offering a variety of promotional prices on smartphones and tablets.

T-Mobile said that data usage on its network typically jumps more than 10 percent in December. The carrier said that for the next three months all active Simple Choice postpaid customers as of the end of day on Nov. 23, including business customers, will have unlimited LTE smartphone data once they use up all their data and their Data Stash account.

Simple Choice postpaid customers don't have to do anything and will keep the unlimited smartphone data as long as they're on the same T-Mobile plan with Binge On active until March 1, 2016.

In terms of other offers, T-Mobile said starting tomorrow subscribers can get the Alcatel OneTouch Pixi 7 LTE tablet for $0 with any qualifying data plan at participating T-Mobile stores across the country and online. T-Mobile also says customers can get a 32 GB Samsung Galaxy S6 for just $0 upfront and $0 per month with its "Jump! On Demand" leasing program with an eligible trade-in -- customers just pay the sales tax. T-Mobile also said when customers buy a Samsung smartphone, they can get $100 off a Samsung tablet.

Meanwhile, T-Mobile said that on Cyber Monday, Nov. 30, customers can buy a new iPhone online at T-Mobile.com and it will give them a free memory upgrade. If customers buy a 16 GB iPhone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus, T-Mobile will upgrade the same model to have 64 GB of memory. And if customers buy the 64 GB variant, they will get upgraded to 128 GB.
