T-Mobile takes flat-rate to the family

T-Mobile USA is upping the ante on the flat-rate plans by debuting a family-unlimited combo plan that offers unlimited nationwide calling, text, picture and instant messaging for a flat-rate. The first line costs $99.99 per month and each additional line costs $49.99 per month. Customers can add up to four additional lines.

That means that a family of five would pay about $300 plus taxes and fees for an unlimited family plan from T-Mobile.

Well, I just tried to switch over to it and they don't have it in the system yet and all they could give me was some of the old plans.

I think the PR might just be a little bit ahead of the billing system. I'll wait a day or two and try it again.
