Top touchscreen devices in Q1

The wireless industry caught touchscreen fever in the wake of the iPhone 3G launch. Almost every major handset maker has released at least one touchscreen device to compete with Apple's smartphone. The market has matured a bit and FierceWireless took a look at the top touchscreen devices in the first quarter of 2009.
