AT&T Mobility said it is bringing its Enhanced Push-to-Talk service to business customers through a new app available for Apple's iPhone 5 and iPhone 4S. AT&T boasted that this will be the first time a U.S. carrier is offering push-to-talk capabilities on the iPhone, and the app's launch comes less than three weeks ahead of Sprint Nextel's planned shutdown of its Nextel iDEN network.
Apple is partnering with wireless device distributor Brightstar to establish an in-store iPhone trade-in program to let customers turn in older models and upgrade to the newer iPhone 5, according to a Bloomberg report.

Apple said it sold 2 million iPhones 5s via pre-orders within the first 24 hours of availability, double the number of iPhone 4S units it sold in the same amount of time last year.
