Complaints prompt change to AT&T's throttling policy

Customers on AT&T Mobility's (NYSE:T) grandfathered unlimited data plans who were upset about having their data speeds throttled once they had consumed 2 GB of data are getting a 1 GB break if they use AT&T's HSPA network. The operator announced it will now throttle HSPA users after 3 GB of data consumption and LTE users after 5 GB, and it will keep customers' speeds reduced through the end of their monthly billing cycle.
