Boku unveils 1-Tap Mobile Billing for Android apps

Boku introduced the production version of its 1-Tap Mobile Billing service for Android, enabling developers to integrate in-app transactions billed directly to the customer's wireless carrier. The 1-Tap Billing solution does not require developers to collect credit card numbers or financial information, and it also sidesteps user login and third-party registration--consumers make purchase selections, then confirm the transaction on-screen, completing the sale within seconds. Boku handles all purchase authentication and processing.

Boku 1-Tap Mobile Billing supports devices running Android 1.5 and up, and is now live in 56 countries including the U.S., U.K., France and Germany, with localization support for 32 languages. To request access to Boku's SDK library, click here.
