Mobile content solutions provider Mobopia announced the launch of its Flash Developer Challenge, encouraging participants to create mobile applications based on the Adobe Flash standard and vie for cash and prizes totaling $10,000. The competition requires entrants to download Mobopia's Xuinet mobile publishing network SDK and publish their applications via the network before Nov. 3. Mobopia promises a $5,000 grand prize, a $2,500 first prize and additional $500 prizes for the most downloads in the following categories: include blogs, forums and social networks; fun and games; images and slideshows; sports; and travel, weather and news.
