Motorola's Good push email

Motorola will purchase Good Technology, the push email provider, for an undisclosed price. Good currently has about 8 percent of the corporate email market and made great strides as a "safe" alternative during the NTP/RIM patent dispute. Nokia bought Intellisync, a similar push email provider, for $430 million last year.
