Nokia launches new Symbian development tools

Nokia has launched Carbide.c++, a new family of development tools for the Symbian platform. Carbide.c++ will be the primary environment for Symbian development and there is an upgrade path for existing Codewarrior users.  Carbide.c++ Express is a free, entry-level version of the tool and will be bundled with the open-source Eclipse IDE.
