The New York City Department of Consumer Affairs has filed against a lawsuit against Sprint, T-Mobile, and Nextel over what it calls deceptive advertisements. The lawsuit alleges that fees and restrictions are hidden among tiny footnotes at the bottom of advertisements. Sprint and Nextel will reportedly fight the charges and T-Mobile has not commented. Blog
