Phones are too hard to use

"Cell phones are too hard to use" is a common complaint among users. Now, thanks to a WDSGlobal survey, we can put this complaint in perspective. The U.K.-based survey found 63 percent of mobile phones returned as broken are, in fact, working perfectly. WDSGlobal attributes this to usability and configuration issues (or, admittedly, users looking to unload a phone they no longer want). The wireless industry loses an estimated $4.5 billion due to functional phones that are returned as faulty. Article
