Samsung has announced what it claims is the world's thinnest phone. The SGH-X820 is a mere 6.9mm thick (about the same as an iPod Nano) and weighs just 66g. Despite its small size, the phone has a 2-MP camera, Bluetooth, MP3 support, TV-out, and 80MB of built-in storage.
