Motorola is working with U.S. carriers to replace RAZR phones shipped during the month of February. T-Mobile and Cingular reportedly halted sales of the phone last week. The issue causes RAZRs to drop calls and randomly restart. Motorola says it has fixed the problem and that new RAZRs will be in stores within days. Blog
