The US Patent Office has rejected the last of NTP's five patents, which had formed the centerpiece of a lawsuit against BlackBerry manufacturer Research In Motion (RIM). NTP can still appeal the rejection and has vowed to continue with its lawsuit against RIM regardless. Article
