Amdocs has unveiled a four-phase framework that will help enable service providers to successfully evolve to 4G.
The four-phase framework, Amdocs says, provides a clearly defined transformation strategy for service providers, outlining the activities required for the rapid, efficient and profitable evolution to 4G.
The four phases in the Amdocs framework start with network and commercial planning, and is followed by network rollout, market rollout and monetization.
According to Amdocs, by viewing the transformation to 4G as a single, cohesive project and by planning accordingly, service providers can better address the challenges of each phase to achieve the final goal of maximizing efficiencies and revenues from 4G investments.
Amdocs offers 4G-ready products and solutions to support service providers through each of the four phases.
