Accanto Systems and distribution partner Phoenix Datacom said they have negotiated a contract to supply protocol analyzer solutions to “a global service provider.”
Customer service assurance (CSA) solution vendor Accanto will supply its NeTracker/Pantera protocol analyzers to support the CSP's European operations.
The agreement covers over a dozen European locations, and was initiated in the UK.
Accanto and Phoenix will provide 30 of the protocol analyzers to the company over 18 months.
