ACN Europe has chosen MetraNet, MetraTech's billing, settlement and customer care platform, to meet the aggressive timeline of its strategic service launch in Europe.
Under the deal, MetraNet will empower ACN's business and technical staff to become self-sufficient in meeting future billing and settlement requirements globally.
MetraNet will also enable the launch of new, next generation services as well as handling customer acquisition and management and full product life cycle management.
The MetraNet platform is expected enable the company to consolidate all of its legacy service platforms.
