Addressing mobile bill shock with spending limits

The Bill Shock experienced by subscribers when they receive unexpectedly large bills, due to data or roaming usage for example, often leads to churn.

Operators may also suffer financial losses, when bills cannot be recovered but roaming partners are paid.  Moreover, this growing phenomenon could stall ARPU growth as customers refrain from using data and roaming services.

Operators cannot afford this situation, and would gain more by offering subscribers full transparency and control over spend.

Download the guide to addressing Bill Shock, and find out how you can create a key differentiator that enhances the customer experience and maximizes ARPU.
