Alcatel-Lucent introduced My Teamwork Office Edition, a software-based, multi-party conferencing and collaboration solution tailored to the small-medium business (SMB) market in North Africa.
In a statement the company claimed that in combination with its Alcatel-Lucent Omni PCX Office small business call server, My Teamwork Office Edition enables businesses to run cheaper, premises-based audio and web conferencing events.
My Teamwork Office Edition has a browser-based client that is accessible from any location or browser for support to any telephony device. Presence-driven IM provides single-click access to chat or call contacts, or to initiate application and desktop sharing, record calls, or managing documents to facilitate critical employee collaboration.
The software-based solution scales up or down to accommodate businesses of all sizes, according to the company, and offers various packaging options and pricing.
