Amdocs has completed its $275-million acquisition of Qpass, expanding the scope of Amdocs' capabilities in the digital content and commerce market and complementing its work with more than 150 of service providers, including those in the broadband cable, satellite, fixed access, and wireless industries. Many of those companies want to offer digital content and to conduct digital commerce.
Amdocs may incur a one-time acquisition-related charge in its third fiscal quarter ending June 30.
