Amdocs extends deals with AT&T, Bell Canada

Amdocs has announced that it has extended until 2017 two managed services contracts with major North American operators.

The company said it had renewed its deals with Bell Canada and AT&T Services. In Canada, the company will provide managed services to support Bell's billing-related services.

“The decision to extend our relationship with Amdocs further enhances our ongoing efficiency efforts while ensuring the continuity of operations,” Bell Canada CIO Mike Cole said.

Meanwhile, Amdocs has extended its agreement with AT&T Services to provide support for the US operator's wireline customer care, billing wholesale and ordering platforms.

The expansions, which will take effect later this year, build on an existing agreement signed in 2007, which has Amdocs managing AT&T's legacy consumer and wholesale platforms.
