Amdocs revenue for July to September, its fourth quarter for fiscal 2012, was $822.1 million, up 1.6% quarter-on-quarter and up 1.2% year-on-year.

Net income on a non-GAAP basis was $115.7 million, or $0.70 per diluted share. This is a YoY improvement from $111.2 million, or $0.62 per diluted share
"The closing of our fiscal 2012 reflects ongoing stabilization at AT&T, double-digit growth in our emerging markets and consistent operating margin execution,” said Eli Gelman, Amdocs CEO.
The board of directors has authorized a share repurchase plan allowing the repurchase of up to $500 million of ordinary shares at the company’s discretion.
