Basset has launched its Roaming Billing by Basset 5.0, with which operators will be ready for the EU 2014 Roaming Regulation.
Following the introduction of new EU regulations in July 2014, subscribers will have the choice to opt for the roaming services of an alternative roaming provider (ARP) while keeping their SIM card and mobile number.
ARPs could be mobile network operators in both home and visited countries, mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs) or resellers of mobile communication services.
Roaming Billing 5.0 features a rating engine, multi PMN solution, system enhancements, and improved web user interface.
