Benelux operator adopts telco-specific CRM solution

A Benelux telco has engaged Comverse for the deployment of the Comverse ONE Converged BSS Solution.
The telecom player, which serves both residential and enterprise markets, is said to gain a competitive edge by being able to rapidly bring to market personalized plans and packages.
These include shared data packages that cover multiple devices and innovative multi-pack offers that bundle telephony, digital TV and internet.
Comverse said the solution’s telco-specific approach to customer relationship management (CRM), including campaign management, also helps promote consumption of applications and services in the service provider’s retail shops.
