BT has awarded to Convergys a five-year license agreement and support and maintenance contract for the Infinys Rating and Billing Manager.
The contract is extendable by another year. Convergys is currently BT's strategic billing partner and Infinys is BT's rater and biller of choice.
Under the new deal, Convergys will support BT's major business divisions, including BT Retail, BT Wholesale and BT Global Services.
A team of Convergys' expert technical consultants will work alongside BT staff to assist with and consult on a range of activities, including hardware configuration and performance, software architecture, and day-to-day change requests.
