BT has announced a three-year deal to provide and manage fixed and mobile voice services for Metsaliitto Group, a forest industry group in Finland.
Under the terms of the agreement, the services will be provided across all five of Metsaliitto Group's business units in 23 out of the 30 countries in which Metsaliitto is present. The Nordic and Baltic countries are not part of the deal.
As Metsaliitto Group's new global voice services partner, BT will deliver visibility and reporting to the central group management whilst driving a program of cost reduction to the operating companies.
The partnership will take advantage of BT's track record with numerous international clients as well as its experience in providing complex managed voice solutions in the global environment.
