CA Technologies has acquired privately-held Torokina Networks, which provides service assurance management solutions to 3G, 4G and LTE operators worldwide.
The acquisition enables CA Technologies to expand the support of its service assurance portfolio for the advanced network devices and equipment leveraged by operators.
Also, the acquisition builds on CA Technologies service assurance strategy to address customer requirements in the key areas of application performance management, infrastructure management, and service operations management.
Torokina Networks’ operations and employees, based in Sydney, Australia, are now part of the service assurance business at CA Technologies.
