China Unicom selects AsiaInfo

China Unicom has chosen AsiaInfo to develop for it a headquarters-level customer and partnership management system (CRM&CPM), which will serve as the centerpiece of the telco's next generation business operation support system (BOSS).

 

The headquarters-level CRM&CPM system will connect the provincial BOSS, ensuring unified customer care across China. It must meet China Unicom's stringent technology regulations and service standards.
