According to the company, the portal gives service providers a complete view and control of network infrastructure at their sites, as well as provides automated preventive maintenance tools to help manage maintenance schedules and costs and proactively identify issues before they impact service.
The tool also provides performance reporting to enable operators to view trending and availability of their networks. Truck rolls can be eliminated with remote access, diagnostics, and control capabilities.
