Comptel moves closer to customers

Comptel has restructured its organization by combining its sales and customer services into business areas and by centralizing four separate product units into one.

The business will be supported by the common operations, administration and HR units.

According to Comptel, the objective of the restructuring is to improve business management by moving the decision-making process closer to customers and to strengthen the sales of end-to-end solutions.

Executives to whom the four geographical areas will be reporting include Simo Sääskilahti for products and solutions, Markku Järvenpää for common operations support, Veli Matti Salmenkylä for administration and Niina Pesonen for human resources.
