Comptel has deployed its convergent mediation solution at Indonesian carrier PT Exelcomindo Pratama (XL), in collaboration with local system integrator Lintas Teknologi.
The Comptel Mediation Solution replaces another third-party solution that has failed to meet XL's expectations.
The deployment includes content and multimedia usage data collection and processing from Cisco CSG and Ericsson MMSC.
Apart from XL, Comptel has likewise scored wins with convergent operator Tunisiana, a joint venture of Orascom Telecom Holding and Wataniya, and the Orascom group.
Comptel will be providing its provisioning and activation solution to Tunisiana, following the forging of a strategic partnership with Orascom, which will make Comptel the preferred solution for any of the Orascom group's subsidiaries.
