Comtrend UK has appointed Brian Gregory as director of sales for the UK and Ireland.
The company says Gregory\'s direct experience in developing and selling telecommunications products while holding senior sales positions at Siemens, Newbridge Networks, Citrix and Racal Datacom makes him a welcome addition to the Comtrend family.
Gregory was most recently a consultant for Casero, which he helped to successfully build its online back-up and storage business in Europe.
He was also previously head of service provider sales at F-Secure UK, establishing new partnerships with customers such as TalkTalk, Tesco, Vodafone and Orange as well as Barclays in the finance sector.
