Convergys Corp. has signed a new five-year contract with Brazil Telecom to expand the use of the Infinys software to support the telco's wireless, wireline, data, and Internet services.
Under the new agreement, Convergys will provide consulting and professional services for software customization and implementation of the solution across Brazil Telecom's lines of business.
The Infinys software has been supporting Brazil Telecom's fixed telephony customers since 2002 and its wireless subscribers as of 2003.
